1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Collective Gain Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. How it works
Collective Gain Services operates as a referral-based user advancement system: Each user must refer at least 3 new users to move to the next level. The referred users must each refer 3 new users to qualify the original referrer for Level 3. The total Bonus Package become withdrawable only when your 3 direct referrals have completed their registration within 5 days of your own registration. Users must complete registration through manual payment with a unique transaction description provided during sign-up.
3. Payments
Registration payments are processed manually via designated accounts provided during the sign-up process. Each user must use their unique code in the transaction description for successful activation. All payments are final. No refunds or cancellations are allowed under any circumstances.
4. User conduct
Users agree not to: Engage in fraud, scams, or any form of illegal activity on the platform Harass or threaten other users Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse the platform Violations of these rules may lead to account suspension or termination, without notice or refund.
5. Bonuses and Withdrawals
Bonuses are subject to the following conditions: They are only payable when referral requirements are met within the time limit. Withdrawals will be processed to the account details submitted by the user. Users are solely responsible for entering accurate banking information.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, particularly if we suspect: Fraudulent activity Multiple account abuse Violation of the referral structure
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted implies your acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
